BIOGRAPHY
A native from a small French community close to Ottawa, Ontario, Natalie started playing in mud long before being a clay artist. She now currently lives in Elmira, Ontario, where she teaches others the art of pottery and Raku. Natalie has apprenticed with many different potters in the area but is mostly self-taught. The Barefoot Potter studio was opened in 1998. She has spearheaded and organized The Kissing Bridge Trail Studio Tour for Elmira and region. She is a member of the Potters Guild of Hamilton and Region, Waterloo Potters Workshop, and Fusion.
